Toni & Max are the owners of Bavejdon Vineyards/Orchards.  Toni handles marketing as well as the development of new products.

Toni also makes very good iced tea for the crew.

Max is the Winemaker.  Along with his crew, he plants, trims and harvests the grapes.  He conducts the crush and makes decisions on fermentation, blending, aging and bottling.

Max has the physically more demanding job.
